Use this form when making a gift by wire transfer to an NCF Giving Fund. It provides NCF with the information needed to identify your transfer, credit it to the correct Giving Fund, and issue the appropriate gift receipt.

Before you send your wire
Ask your financial institution to include the information in the comments or memo section of the wire. These details help us match the funds to your Giving Fund when they arrive.

- Comments: Please include the giver’s first and last name, fund name, and fund number in the comments section of the transfer.
