During this webinar, explore how partnership interests, whether LLCs or limited partnerships, can be used for tax-smart charitable giving. This webinar also breaks down various ownership structures and giving strategies, while addressing key issues such as entity-level debt, “hot assets,” and unrelated business income.
Financial advisors will come away with practical information on tax consequences, legal considerations, and common challenges, helping them to better support clients exploring charitable gifts of partnership interests. Like all of NCF’s Inside Giving webinars for advisors, you’ll have the opportunity to gain technical expertise, strengthen client relationships, and earn one hour of CFP® and CKA® credit. Certificates of completion are available upon request.
