Description
Use this form to recommend how the assets in your NCF Giving Fund are invested. You can select from NCF’s available investment pools and indicate the percentage you’d like allocated to each option.
When you’re finished
Review your recommendations to make sure your allocations are complete and total 100%, then sign the form as required. Follow the submission instructions on the form to return it to NCF, and our team will update your Giving Fund’s investment allocation.
